Nathan Areno
Nathan Areno developed a love for music at an early age. He has had many musical influences and strives to promote the positives of life in his songs. The many years of playing different venues throughout the country have shaped the artist he is today.
Nathan’s first musical memories were sitting on his dad’s lap listening to records. As he grew up, he was able to go to concerts with the Areno Boys. The group was comprised of his dad, grandfather, uncles and cousins. Even though he was too young to participate, he learned about life on the road from watching them. Abe, Lambert, Jonathan, Dicky, Norman and Dwight were true professionals and taught him the way to do things right.
As time progressed, Nathan continued to work on his craft and cultivate his desire to play music. He
learned to play several instruments and joined a few different musical groups. During his college years,
the guitar became his primary instrument. He enjoyed many nights of playing music with his dad and
grandfather.
The Arenos
Nathan, his sister Penny and his dad formed a family group called The Arenos. Radio was very good to
them, and they had many charted songs. They opened for may groups including: The Crabb Family, The
Martins, The Isaacs and others. The group toured and performed all over the country until 2020.
The Nathan Areno Band
In 2020, Nathan decided to leave the Arenos and start “The Nathan Areno Band." The first release to radio was a song called “I’ve Seen Enough” and was released right before Covid-19. Many people stated how much the song helped them to a difficult time. If you attend a Nathan Areno Band concert, you will hear original music and a live band. Nathan and his band continue to travel and spread hope to others, through their music.
